Hi!  I'm Grace Saadi, and I recently graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts Food Service Management.  After receiving my Associate's in Baking and Pastry Arts at their Rhode Island campus, I decided to learn more about the business and management side of the industry. Collectively, I hope to work in food media content creation in the future.  During my time in Rhode Island, I explored my love of children's books and illustration by taking a course at RISD, with hopes of writing, publishing, and illustrating my own book.  I love having some kind of project in mind, something to fiddle with and dwell on as I go about my day.  Refined & Dandy is a culmination of these passions and more and I hope you enjoy it!
